Pesto Presto!

In a food processor, blend 2 cups lightly packed fresh basil leaves, washed and dried; and
1 cup grated parmesan cheese; and
½ cup olive oil; and finally
1 or 2 cloves garlic
Blend until basil is finely chopped. Use pesto at once.
For longer storage place in a freezer bag, press the pesto in a thin layer so that after the pesto is frozen you can break off pieces as needed.

Now, you may be thinking . . . 'how much Pesto do I really need? I mean how many uses can I put it to?'

To which, we say . . . 'Add it to anything that you want to bump up the flavor of!'
