Fire red, prolific and the first to harvest. At the end of the season you will have so many that you will want to dehydrate, then freeze them. The seeds will fall off the peppers in the freezer, which will allow you to snip them to add color to recipes throughout the winter and spring. The more seeds you add, the hotter the flavor!
